"it takes many business days for them to get back to you with answers to simple questions. ive had coverage with them for years and every time i reach out, its new team members so they clearly have a retention problem. also the prices are ridiculously inflated."

"I have been a State Farm customer for over 36 years, and throughout that time I've consistently received outstanding service and support. For the past six years, I've worked with Jason Giambi and his team, and they have always been there when I needed them.
Over the years, State Farm has helped me through several accidents and claims, including a unique situation involving chipmunk damage to my car's engine. They handled every experience professionally and with care.
